My E-Class battery keeps draining overnight, anyone else dealt with this?

#1
Third time this month I've woken up to a dead car and I'm honestly losing patience. My E-Class is from 2019 and the battery itself is barely a year old so I don't think it's just worn out, something is draining it while parked. First time it happened I assumed I left a light on, second time I blamed the weather, but now it's clearly a pattern. Someone at work said German cars sometimes have modules that don't sleep properly and that a proper diagnostic is the only way to find it, not just swapping the battery again. I need reliable Mercedes Benz battery installation near DIFC because that's where I park for work and honestly I don't want to deal with towing it across town. Searching around I found Battery Zone UAE and their Mercedes specific page which talks about testing the charging system not just replacing the battery, which is more than the last guy did for me. Has anyone had this parasitic drain issue and actually fixed it? Was it the battery, the alternator, or some random module? I'd rather spend on diagnosis than keep throwing money at batteries that aren't the real problem.
